WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Once your information has been verified you will be granted a Wholesale account by ISI administration.

This usually takes less than 24 hours.

To expidite the process, please provide your VAT number when applying for a Wholesale account.

Every effort is made to fill and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Some jewelry may have to be made for your order, which can delay your order shipping.

We do not guarantee same day shipping.

A €2,00 handling fee has been added to the shipping charge.

RETURN POLICY

Please follow care instructions. We will not exchange jewelry that is not properly cared for. Returns must be authorized.

MANUFACTURER'S DEFECTS:

Broken Jewelry must be reported within 48 hours of receiving order. Immediate corrections or cross-shipping will be made at our discretion.

After 48 hours, jewelry must be returned before correction or cross-ship will be made.

  • Packaging Guidelines:
    • Jewelry must be sent in a box or padded envelope. We are not responsible for lost jewelry.
    • Include a copy of the original invoice. Defects will be exchanged for the same jewelry only.
    • If jewelry is worn, it must be sterilized and individually packaged.
    • If multiple returns, individually label and package according to size and/or defect.

RETURNING JEWELRY:

We will accept returns for unwanted/ordered by mistake jewelry. If reported to us within 48 hours of receiving order and returned to us within 30 days. Returns must be authorized.

  • We will only accept unworn jewelry in the original packaging.
    • Jewelry must be sent in a box or padded envelope. We are not responsible for lost jewelry.
    • Include a copy of the original invoice. Credit will be applied to store account.
    • Customer assumes all new shipping fees if an exchange is made.

For Your Information...

We are very busy during the Spring and Summer months! Please get your order in as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship your order the same day or even completely ll your order within a week! We try very hard, but it is not always possible due to order volume. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best. Thanks!
